We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team!
- Research and Identify Prospects: Utilize a mix of online tools, industry reports, market insights and creative approaches to identify potential leads in the telecoms infrastructure space, as well as other target segments.
- Engage & Nurture: Establish the first point of contact with potential leads and nurture them for the sales team to take forward.
- Collaborate & Strategize: Work closely with the wider sales team to refine outbound strategies and enhance the lead pipeline.
- Lead managment: Segment and prioritize prospects based on potential value, industry, and other key criteria.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, ensuring a constant inflow of quality leads.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast with industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously refine lead generation tactics.
- Provide Feedback: Regularly communicate feedback from the field to inform product improvements and strategic pivots.
- 2 years of experience in lead generation for B2B software Enterprise/SaaS.
- Excellent English skills.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Understanding of outbound sales processes and tools.
- Proficient in Hubspot or similar CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in selling AI solutions and/or knowledge of the telecom industry and its key decision-makers.
